Clearance Phone from e2save
I have taken the V3 and the w800i in the clearance offers. Both of them have developed a fault, the v3 on day 30 and w800i on day 13.
They have agreed to replace my w800i, but now i have to post the v3 or go the the nearest carphonewarehouse repair centre to get it repaired.
Just want to know how other's who have taken the clearance delas are getting on.

Had Problems with my W800i as soon as I got it. Took nearly an hour to get thorugh to E2SAVE so I just said I wanted to return it. Am glad I did despite the postage cost to myself, but I will write a complaint letter about it.:j0

You do not have to post it yourself they send a courier out with a new phone to do a swap.0 -
Fayraz, I spent all morning trying to work out if it was the phone was faulty and had problems with the software provided. (Nokia and NEC software worked first time no problem). I was mainly interested in the MP3 player and camera neither of which appeared to work as it should. Also I was not happy with the scratches on the rear of the phone (I felt as it it had been dropped). After waiting for nearly an hour for advice and help I decided to use the 7 day right to return the phone as I lost all confidence in the phone and the company.
Also this was the same offer (but 10 month not 11 free) I took out 2 weeks earlier but I was told that orange had withdrawn the tarriff and e2save cancelled my order. So I do feel as if I was conned a bit by this and merely wanted to point out I felt the reconditioned phones are not as good as new and it appears I am not the only one that think they are a bit dodgy?.:j0 -
i got my replacement w800i which has vodafone live! on it. I was unable ot access the wap/gprs as they were not orange. Called technical support, who mailed me the orange settings, but phone still sahows vodafone live! in the menu.
I complained to customer services, after a wait of 45 minutes on hold, and they have said they will send another replacement.
For all the troubles. I now feel i should have not taken the contract.0
