Just worked out my mortgage free date with the snowball thingy (thanks to Hypno) and if I pay an extra £267 a month (rounds fig up nicely to £600;)) then I will be MF in January 2019 which would be nice as I'll be fifty in the February... reality is that there is no way I want to be here by then but I think watching it come forward could become addictive:D!
P.S. the term the mortgage was orginally set for was until May 2029 so not much pain to get rid of ten years really...Mortgage OP 2025 £6250/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

Went out for five or six mile walk with friend, was good to catch up but would have been even better if it hadn't poured throughout:rolleyes:...
Did hoovering, dusting and stairs and a mountain of ironing... Have informed DS that he's getting on a bit and will be doing his own shortly:D!
Still obsessing over MF spreadsheet and won ten pounds on the bingo so not a bad day all in:T:TMortgage OP 2025 £6250/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

busy, busy day here but I managed to get to the gym and not spend much money. Have withdrawn winnings from BB so hopefully that'll be back soon.
