Just worked out my mortgage free date with the snowball thingy (thanks to Hypno) and if I pay an extra £267 a month (rounds fig up nicely to £600;)) then I will be MF in January 2019 which would be nice as I'll be fifty in the February... reality is that there is no way I want to be here by then but I think watching it come forward could become addictive:D!

P.S. the term the mortgage was orginally set for was until May 2029 so not much pain to get rid of ten years really...

mmm...haven't achieved that much which would be ok but have decided to go out with friend for long walk:o... let's face it - I'll catch up with shopping sometime but the two of us having a day free to walk is quite rare so I'd rather see her instead:D.

ooo, have also joined bing!britain and found a fab spreadsheet (thanks to taka) for the mortgage overpayments.

Went out for five or six mile walk with friend, was good to catch up but would have been even better if it hadn't poured throughout:rolleyes:...
Did hoovering, dusting and stairs and a mountain of ironing... Have informed DS that he's getting on a bit and will be doing his own shortly:D!

Still obsessing over MF spreadsheet and won ten pounds on the bingo so not a bad day all in:T:T

Jon Bon Jovi was another one who came in when I worked at the airport SS, course this was back in the days when he hadn't discovered botox :eek::D He was beautiful though

busy, busy day here but I managed to get to the gym and not spend much money. Have withdrawn winnings from BB so hopefully that'll be back soon.

Getting hacked off about the weight thing again - how hard can it be to lose a stone???? maybe if I stopped eating rubbish...

Hmm, I know what you mean about the weight too, I just tell myself if I can lose 2lb a week etc... Never happens though! I'm meant to be going to spinning tonight but am too lazy

it's about seven weeks till christmas so I should really get my act together now and that would be me rid of the stone I want to lose. but instead of going to the gym I'm sitting on the sofa...

Well I have managed to lose almost all the weight I wanted to lose and its now creeping back on again:mad:
