Well had nice day out with DS but spent waaay too much money - cakes and coffee looked lovely but I should have resisted really! still you've got to live a bit and it was pouring so the lovely plan was abandoned, doesn't look like it rained back here though as the washing was all dry when we got back so should have stayed local...

just came home again - loudly and banged about a bit. It's not really them just the lack of soundproofing.

Just rejigged the spreadsheet and I'm not doing as badly as I thought, still have most of my day out spends left so we don't have to stay indoors all holidays! Might manage a trip to the zoo yet...

P.S. was going to use my Tescos vouchers for the zoo but they make you pay for the exact price of the visit which used up all my vouchers and wouldn't have got the excess back till end of sept.

and I decided to do batch cooking today why???? ok, lack of choice really but it's too hot to be cooking.

Spent most of the day on the beach and had a lovely time. Have washed car and cleaned DS's carpet - note to friend if she's ever reading please clean out shampooer next time you borrow it as cleaning out matted dog hair before starting really peed me off!

exactly! before she took it I did say to make sure to clean it each time as it's much more difficult once it dries but no... I think it may be busy next time she asks!
