Still not fussed. Besides - job is quite up in the air at the mo, so keeping options open.

If the worst happens, I might sell the furniture and go travelling...if I planned it well enough with £8 travelodge rooms, I could be travelling quite a while...

sounds good to me! the travelling BTW not particularly travelodge:p.

All over. There is so much in this country I could see. Would have to research going abroad. Not so sure of how to do that as cheaply.

Has it been stinking hot up there too?

We had hard sun, then hard rain and hard floods...

it has and there's no air con in my car/my office/my home.... good thing I quite like the heat! DS just appeared ready for bed wearing fleecy pjs - he's just not right. There were a couple of showers today but five mins tops and not very heavy.

I had to go somewhere for work yesterday and with the sun shining I was smiling and thinking that I could understand what the tourists were coming for. And it was really clear so the views over the islands were amazing.

It can be pretty here when the weather is nice. On the occasion I have to travel to "The Land Where Men Are Men, Sheep Are Sheep, and Women Are Neglected" the views over the various valleys can be breathtaking.

    Just doesn't happen very often...

    What's up with DS?

DS is ok but just bonkers! he hasn't really noticed the heat... this is despite running around playing footie for most of the day...
