Been walking 6 miles every day with OH, he has lost half a stone in a fortnight and is looking good;)But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -

I've been quite good today except for two bits of fudge DS gave me... Note to self: Must hide box when he goes to bed or I will succumb!
Did well at gym but forgot ipod so had to listen to the thud, thud music provided, I survived though:rolleyes:.
