We will both be slim and fit Skinty:D

Enjoy the gym, I must, must, MUST start using the free gym at work when I get back.

Been walking 6 miles every day with OH, he has lost half a stone in a fortnight and is looking good;)
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

WE WILL:beer:! Good luck with the gym at work, the walking will have helped and as the ad used to say it uses the same amount of calories to walk a mile as run a mile so you've a few 10Ks under your belt there:T!

I've been quite good today except for two bits of fudge DS gave me... Note to self: Must hide box when he goes to bed or I will succumb!
Did well at gym but forgot ipod so had to listen to the thud, thud music provided, I survived though:rolleyes:. Went shopping later and resisted the pretty dresses in Monsoon but I promised myself once the whole house thing is sorted I'm treating myself:D.

mmm, sounds lovely Shaun, was the wine for drinking or did it go in the mousse? I've put brandy in before but not that much! You had calcium in there too - very important for the bones...
