Oh yes...that was a promise you made - you'd get value for money out of the gym... :naughty:

I've been not bad except for summer hols when there wasn't much childcare, hopefully all back to normal now and I'll be there tomorrow...and sat...and sun... was a little hacked off today when I realised I have two meetings on tues which are my banker days for going - might not make it home in time those weeks:mad:

in naughty spendy stuff I got some running stuff delivered today - total spend about £21 for me and through quidco. I'm going to get DS to do a bit of running with me as he seems to like the idea and should help his footie training too, only reason I was on the site was to order him some under armour - whoops:o! mind you in the grand scheme of things spending £21 on myself really isn't that bad... got a sort of tracksuit jacket and rain jacket for that, all I need as have all rest for gym anyway:cool:.

It's been quite a nice day up here so managed to get most of the washing done and dry - just need to conquer the ironing pile again:rolleyes:.
Boring weekend, soooo need to get a life but have about a tenner til wednesday.... off to the gym in a bit then might have a wee glass of wine later:cool:... Have decided that I want to be ten stone by christmas so desperate measures are called for as this means losing a pound and a bit each week:eek:.

Well I hope we're getting your weather...It has stotted it down in 5 minute bursts with faint sunshine inbetween. Not fantastic weather...

So what do you think is wrong with your diet as it stands?

It's been torrential here all week and the weather forecast was for more of the same so it was a nice surprise:D.

SNACKS! if I just cut the carp I'd be fine, so no more after today (cos I've already had some crisps:o).

I have to have some snacky stuff for DS and his pals but this week I've bought hula hoops - reasons being they were on offer in Mr T's and bonus fact that I HATE them!
Batch cooking planned for today although it might be a little crowded in the freezer... just some spag bol and chilli to save effort during the week with reduced price mince obviously...
Another lovely day so waiting for washing to finish (yep, there's always more), then might nab a friend for a walk down the beach, bit of tidying and lots and lots of ironing! Will go for a swim later and maybe a sauna - looked very tempting last night but didn't have my stuff with me.

oooo - past eleven and I've not snacked at all!

Thanks Lou, and at least your weight is coming off;)! moving in the right direction however slowly would be good...
Friend not feeling well so didn't go for walk just drank tea but no bickies:A! Then I went to pick something up for DS in nearby not so nice town while I was there I saw a hairdressers that was a no appointment place so decided to chance my arm - result got cut and blow dry for £13:D!!!! not sure they got the price right but the girl on till did query it and the price was repeated. Might go back to having nice hair done once a month at that rate! last time was 8 weeks ago and it was looking a little rough...still need colour doing but looks much better...
Had to transfer some money from my savings account - whoops:o! Still same total percentage wise though:cool:.

Now see, £13 is a much more reasonable price for a haircut. Of course I only pay £5 but I'm a bloke and we do that sort of thing... ;)

There's not usually an option to do that for females Z, it's usually a minimum of £25. The staff all smelt strongly of cigarettes and alcohol - god I sound a real snob - but the cut's fine.
