I'm trying to diet Z not calorie counting but cutting back so trying to curtail the drinking a little so could take me years to try any others:D!

they have just ordered chinese ...my house has no food in it currently ...was meant to do a shoping when i got back from alton towers ...been a bit too busy to to be honest ...and we go away on monday but i will try and get a few things in tomorrow if i have time0
