    Have to confess to spending some money but it was panto tickets and it cost me less for two than one usually does - a nice wee day out with DS to look forward to during the hols :D

    I've seen Slava 3/4 times now and still love it, best show I've seen yet

    Why don't you work down the GI gradually? Take yourself from the white sugar, to the honey, to the brown rice, and do a gradual change to nuts? Rather than try to cold turkey it?

    Yes, was a sad day - he was always the daft, fun character at the panto although I saw him in The Odd Couple with Craig Ferguson years ago so he could act too:). oh he was in Eastenders too I think!
