incidently i do like your plan of splitting the money between a slush fund and over payments to the mortgage
i'm just heading out soon, got my personal trainer today, getting to the stage i cant wait till my time is done tbh, it's the same stuff every time i go, i understsand why it is the same stuff but i am scunnered with it

I had to go into ha!!fax as I lost my customer number when old lappy died, what a palaver! couldn't sort it online, couldn't sort it over the phone and took lass a fair while in branch, I shall now keep a note in several different places! Mortgage balance now £47,195 so heading the right way

he does not too badly but ultimately he wants me to continue paying the £120 a month to him, which just isnt going to happen, i have bought some excercise equipment so i have enough to keep me going and if i can ever beat this sugar addiction i think the weight will fly off me, just need to beat this sugar addiction grrrrr0

i think for me ts the energy that i crave more than the sugar ( i actually dont "like" chocolate but eat tonnes of the stuff for the sugar)0

Could you eat a wee handful of seeds or nuts every hour or so and avoid feeling you need the sugar rush?

I've tried nuts, they help for a wee while but not long enough sadly
