    Yikes beanie to the CH issues, it's one of those things that are so hard to budget for

    well done on taking the dress back all the wee pennies saved soon mount up

    incidently i do like your plan of splitting the money between a slush fund and over payments to the mortgage :)

    i'm just heading out soon, got my personal trainer today, getting to the stage i cant wait till my time is done tbh, it's the same stuff every time i go, i understsand why it is the same stuff but i am scunnered with it

    need to come up with a plan now for what i am going to do once were finished :)

    Thank you, I thought it might be here by now... took dress back, lady asked if it was because it was a 12 despite being on a 10 hanger :D oh yes it was HUGE:o... sweet of her to ask though!

    I had to go into ha!!fax as I lost my customer number when old lappy died, what a palaver! couldn't sort it online, couldn't sort it over the phone and took lass a fair while in branch, I shall now keep a note in several different places! Mortgage balance now £47,195 so heading the right way :D

    Hope your plan works out Elantan can he not help you to sort it out before vanishing?

    he does not too badly but ultimately he wants me to continue paying the £120 a month to him, which just isnt going to happen, i have bought some excercise equipment so i have enough to keep me going and if i can ever beat this sugar addiction i think the weight will fly off me, just need to beat this sugar addiction grrrrr

    I'm more of a savoury girl so not got many tips on that, I think cold turkey might be easiest way though, just had a wagon wheel there - they must have shrunk! honest I have wee childs hands and they are toty:eek:!

    i think for me ts the energy that i crave more than the sugar ( i actually dont "like" chocolate but eat tonnes of the stuff for the sugar)

    Could you eat a wee handful of seeds or nuts every hour or so and avoid feeling you need the sugar rush?

    Now if you could just let me know of some substance that looks like cheese, tastes like cheese and has no fat...:rotfl::rotfl:

    I've tried nuts, they help for a wee while but not long enough sadly
