Reading some of the threads on here about Orange, have they really become that bad?

Im due an upgrade next week and they rang me up a couple of weeks ago to see if I wanted to upgrade early, they offered me several phone at no cost including Nokia N70, Motorola V3x and Sony Ericsson W800i.

Ive been with them for 8 years now. Havent upgraded as yet but not sure If I am going to now after reading some of the stuff on here.

It seems now its all about the Money.

Unless they're cheaper than the competition or offer a feature that you require that is not available elsewhere, then I would move on - reward them for their loyalty to their customers.

Those New tariffs they have introduced are absolutely terrible.

Where the Telcoms market has now become more competitive, they seem to have stepped back about 5 years and are producing charges/tariffs that no one in their right mind would use these days.
