Pet insurance for older pets?

Without getting into a discussion on the pros and cons of pet insurance, can anyone recommend a good company for insuring older pets - i.e. a 12 year old dog and a 8 year old dog?
Many thanks

I insure my 15 year old collie and 9 year old golden retriever with Sainsburies pet plan. The collie is a rescue dog and I told them that the age was approx. If memory serves me right, they are the only provider who cover older dogs without previously knowing them.0

I have heard some insurers will carry on insuring a pet at your pets ages' (having done from a young age), but might not start a new policy for them.
Taken from Pet plan website
"Q: Can I insure a pet of any age?
Most pets can be insured from 8 weeks of age right up to their 8th birthday. If you are insuring a Select Breed dog or a rabbit you must insure them by their 5th birthday. "
Hope this helps

Thanks all. Morethan wanted £305 to insure just my older dog, although sainsburys were quitre resonable. You also have to watcho ut for the excess too. For example eandl were quite resonable but the excess on my older dog was £65 PLUS 35% of the remaining bill.
In the end I insured both my dogs with healthy-pets.co.uk which seemed to have the best deal for both of them. There will always be:

I have recently changed the insurance for my dog and found Marks and Spencer to be the best. Worth a look.0

I just went to that healthy pets site and thought it was horrifically (sp) expensive. For the same levels of cover for my two Cavaliers that I have with Argos they wanted an extra £25 per month!
I have been with Argos for about 3 years now and have found them to be really good. They usually pay up quickly too. My vet does always joke that I'm going to send my oldest dog back and claim a refund on him though :rotfl:0
