    Thank you all for your advise and comments.

    He will not be going for the money, as far as the financial side of things go now everything is settled, they sold the house last year, he just wants to put closure on the marriage side now.

    There were no children involved.

    If you are thinking he is busy and won't have time, that is fine, but if he is suggesting he is busy and doesn't have time consider whether he wants to delay the divorce - perhaps because he is worried about remarrying.
