If you are billed through cpw (e2save, osps) then the only way is by calling a premium rate 0870 number for cpw 'voda' cs and then queueing to talk to a person and asking them to look it up.
    I think....

You can sign up to https://www.mycarphonewarehouse.com and register the account there and it will show the monthly minutes available plus unbilled charges (for o2, not sure about voda, but would assume the same).
    ummm...

Is this possible without loosing the paper bills you need to claim cashback?
    I think....
  • g33za ... we've got an o2 phone that we do the cpw online bit .... it's dreadful !! .... eg today ... it's just showing the full months allowance ... not the up to date figures .

the best "up to date" figures i've ever had have still been probs 3 days adrift.

you do lose getting a paper bill.

the "current months use" ..when working properly only shows totals .. not itemised until end of month.

CONVERSELY ... the o2 online facility .. has improved ... far more up to date now ... just checked and it shows use up till midday yesterday ... and shows itemised detail all the time .

The best facility is t- mobile .. just about to move back to them fortunately !!.... very quick website .. shows itemised up till 5 minutes previous .

back to my original query .... i walked past a vodaphone shop a couple of hours ago...went in and asked ... they said " phone 44555 and it will send you a text with up to date info. "

done that a couple of times since ... get text straight back saying " service not currently available ...pls try later" ...

just had a thought ... i didn't mention to the guy my phone was via cpw so whether that means the facility doesn't work ??? ......

Instead of dialling the national rate number dial this freephone number; 08000490049 and follow the options and they send you a text but the the allowance is always 2 or 3 days in arrears as menioned by the previous poster.
  • tried that from my voda mobi .. first thing it said "this ccall is chargeable" ( whether it comes out of my free minutes or indeed does get charged i'll have to wait for next bill to find out._)

went through the various press this press thats.... got to a human who at first said there was no facility .. but after 2 mins checking said they didn't send a text but could tell you over the phone calls up till 2 or 3 days ago ...but as a monthly bill had just been run yesterday there was nothing to tell me.

Seems yet another instance where buying through CPW gets you worse service than direct off voda .

i've recently had the hassle where the brilliant "voda passport" ... a straightforward 75p charge for calls you make from abroad to the uk.. then the minutes just come out of your inclusive minutes ... voda launched this sept 04 but cpw still say " voda won't let us have it yet ... but instead of 75p a minute we'll give you a special offer of 60p a minute." !!

    Ring from your landline (free) or your mobile (charged) and pick these options when prompted;

    2 - 2 - 2 - 1

and then enter you mobile number and a text will be sent to your mobile.
  • failed again !!

did that ... it then asked for my credit card number to be keyed in.. then human answered and said it was incorrect info.

She said i should phone 08701117400 and do option 2 then option 2

as i refuse to use 0870 .. checked on the https://www.saynoto0870.com website and it shows alternative 01925554933

rang that .. human answered straight away "vodaphone credit control dept" !

She didn't know what to suggest.
