    Nope - my reading is fine. I have many internet only accounts which I operate without problems (except Tesco which uses the same backend as Nat West). The only other one that requires a card reader is the Nationwide and they sent one before I needed it. If a card reader is required to operate the account, then one should be sent automatically.

    Bizarrely my Bank of Scotland Visa Debit works perfectly in the card reader too- but any other cards fail with a wrong card message! Couldn't resist trying! :rotfl:
