Speaking As A Soon To Be Debt Free, Over The Last Two Years Having To Speak To Dca Workers And Dealing With There Rudeness Silly Threats Bla Bla ,before The Light Came On And I Took Control And Dealt With It My Way And Ignored Them, Are These Dca Workers Employable Elsewhere ? Why Do They The Dca Use Unqaulified Staff? Is It A Job To Take Pride In ? Speaking As Some One Who HAs Just Had To Sack AN Ex Dca Worker For Attitude Poor Manners Etc Etc (nothing Personal Love) I Find They Do Scrape The Barrell To Get Staff,THIS LADY HAD RETRAINED BEFORE JOINING OUR FIRM BUT I THINK 2 YEARS WORKING FOR A DCA HAD FINISHED HER CAREER BEFORE IT STARTED

No they are people like everyone else and if people (including me) paid everthing correctly and didn't have problems in our lives which cause defalts they wouldn't be needed. They have targets to meet and push people as hard as they can to get money out of them. After years of abuse they probably don't believe anyones stories.
Still that said they are a bunch of idiots.

I have to give credit to the company that were chasing people at my son's address for unpaid council tax. They accepted from one telephone call that the people they were after no longer lived there and they said they would refer it back to the council to check and deal with.
