Tight but think I can do it-been buying lots of different food for Slimming World fresh fruit and veg from Lidl, noodles from Asda hopefully I have lost a little weight weigh-in Thursday night xx

good luck for your weigh in tonight, i couldn't make mine on tuesday because i was waiting for the carpenter to call to arrange a quote, but he still hasn't called grrrrrrr how long is it reasonable to wait before you chase? he said he'd come around either tues or wed evening. i know i'm too impatient.

Stuck to diet all week only lost 1lb bit disappointed but going to soldier on.

Bank balance still +£49.89 - it will be less than this later as I am nearly out of diesel and going out for a meal with a friend but bill will be split in half. I will be a Slimming Word friendly meal xx
