Crazy, extra waste of time, money & qualifications, the Tories are committed to scrapping HIP s when they win. Roll on the election. Regards, N.

EPC's wont be scrapped as they are an EU directive. The HIP is another matter.

I agree with roll on the election for lots of reasons
