Hi
I am looking to move from 3 to o2. My contract finishes on the 21st of August. I understand I have to pay until the end of my contact but was supprised to be told I can only request a PAC code 5 weeks before my contract ends. Is this correct?
Thanks in advance

Sounds about right. Just remember that the pac only lasts 28 days. After that you have to request another one.0

yep its 30 days. they could in theory generate a code at any stage if you are willing to pay your termination fees (line rental to the end of the contract)things arent the way they were before, you wouldnt even recognise me anymore- not that you knew me back thenMercilessKiller wrote: »BH is my best mate too, its ok

hmm,,, obviosly.. even if u leave it the full 30 days.. u will still be leaving a good 3 weeks before your contract terminates? have they asked for any extra payment to cover this?
reason i ask is im in same boat... on 3 and contract ends on 28th aug.... would like to get shot of 3 asap!0 -
No they havnt asked for extra payemtn just have to pay the contract until the end as normal. Seems to depend who you get through to. I spoke to a manger in the high valued customer options team and he did it for me.0
