I have found that it is usually when someone has reported you for something, living with a partner or working whilst claiming, if you haven't done anything wrong then don't worry, my compliance officer was lovely, when I explained it was probably my nasty leery neighbour that had reported me living with my bf(which i'm not) because he had been reported to the police for being a peeping Tom.

It turned out that my so called sister reported me for having partner living here. (disputing parents will) Compliance Officer was very nice and said not to worry about it as they get these all the time. Does anyone have the telephone number for these people. Thanks
