pac query ....i am lost

hi guys on orange i assume 1 month from 20th june when i requested pac my contract will expire

i intend to go on to o2 simplicity as orange retentions rotten....

do i take out the o2 simplicity say for talking sake today ,,,, give them my pac code so when does my number go live with 02 is it 20th july???? i am away overseas when the change over should happen if its 20th july.

Your number will port 5 working days after you give O2 the pac. Orange will bill you to your contract end.
Its not a good idea to start the process if your out of the UK, the sim updates that change the number may not get to you (I've no idea what might happen then !!).

dont go away till sat 10th july.... should have plenty of time

10 days is more than enough, you should have no problems.

I thought pac transfers only took 2 working days now?

Depends on network, if you work on 5 days your safe.
