Its on my options also. Don't think it was there earlier today when I entered details of postings.

Really weird because if you select it, it is asking you about "correctly delivered items" for this week. How do we know if anything we post are correctly delivered. Unless new misdelivery surveys will be completed online rather than on the paper sheet.

I shall just wait and see what happens. No instructions, no do!!

Don't think it is that because I started a misdelivery survey last week but as I said above, my screen is asking for info. on this week.

I reckon they have changed the SMART return envelopes to prevent us from using them as Ebay envelopes :rotfl:

I once had a rather cheeky Ebay seller use one to send me a DVD. I could tell instantly they were on the panel or used to be. Bit of a giveaway....

When I started the survey 2 years ago, the SMART return envelopes were all paper ones. Maybe they have reverted to them or perhaps they have some old stock. I am still receiving plastic ones.

I posted the wrong envelope yesterday. I hope they won't give me the boot over it. I've got enough stamps to last me a lifetime but I would really miss the vouchers.

Mistakes happen, just tell them the truth and they'll adjust the posting schedule from their end.

I've got the new 'correctly delivered' button on my version of the site too. I'm doing a mis delivery survey thing starting next week and that is listed but they have already sent me the paper pack.

But today received an email confirming that we shouldn't use the button yet (though they will forgive anyone who presses it in error just once).

Me to, had the email saying carry on the paper, the other one goes live in Jan, so carry on using the paper survey. x
