I got a box today with a sponge in it. Now I know it was from the survey but what do I do with it? How do I log it in? or do I send it to someone? Have been doing this surveys for over 4 years and this has got me puzzled for the first time.

A questionnaire should appear for you to complete about the box when you log in to the site. Might take a couple of days though so just note the details down as you would any other test item.
  • Just after I typed that my Postie knocked on the door and handed me one of these test boxes, will follow my own directions now! LOL!
  • i reg. yest and go accepted .. how long does it take for them to email back with more details?

Thanks for that, I was wondering the same.

Don't understand why they don't put this on their News page - bet they're getting a lot of calls from slightly bemused panelists :rotfl:
