    Hi All

1 quick question, on my posting schedule it asks for 1 item to be posted in a post box and the other at a post office, for the post office does it mean the post box outside the post office or do i have to queue inside?

As i am still waiting for my official welcome pack with the guidelines i am unsure. I also live in a small village so post boxes are a bit thin on the ground, luckily we still have a small post office.

    Regards

    Hi and welcome

I have made all sorts of mistakes over the years:eek:, so don't worry about this initial hic-cup :)

Don't worry about not posting the first items. If they eventually do turn up you can post them on the same day of the week as the original instructions. just remember when you are entering details on line just click on posted on another day until you get to the calendar The system does not know that today is 1/2/3 weeks later than the original date it has on its memory

You can post Post Office letters in the box outside - no need to queue. You can also put your post box item in the post office box. If I have to post both inthe one day I always just use the one post box.

Any other questions just post here and some-one will try to help you

Also instead of taking the missing envelope off my listing they've sent me a replacement one, think that is a new policy.

I have just been accepted and recieved two items to post. I have just tried to log on the website but it says my password is incorrect (it was supplied).

Do I have to wait awhile to be put in the system? I don't have to post until December.

    I thought I was to get a welcome/training pack before starting.....just a bit confused.

I think you should be able to gain access to the site on Monday (if the first posting is before 13 December - in order that you can say that you have prepared them for posting.

If you can't access the site, you can get the password sent to the email address you have registered with them.

This is like any other job - if people haven't resigned then there aren't any vacancies. They do keep contact details on file though for when positions are available.

With all the snow and the post backing up, looks like we will all be receiving queries about post taking longer than anticipated.

I have a test parcel to post tomorrow but if this snow continues there is no way I will manage it. We can't get the car out of our close and as it is the large parcel, there is no way I could carry it for 30 mins. to get to the nearest PO.

Good to see the kids are enjoying the snow. Just watched a couple of young lads, stand under a tree and shake the branch so that the snow falls on them like a waterfall. Think I prefer the comfort of a warm lounge!
