Thanks I thought that was the case but couldn't remember. I will give them a ring tomorrow.

Well that is what to do, give it up and let someone else do it.
It shouldn't take you all day to do your postings, about 25 mins a week to complete your tasks.

I don't mean to sound harsh, but it isn't really all that time consuming.
I never said it took me all day to do postings the questionaire they sent me more all less said they wanted to know exactly when items were recieved i am not in every day my post arrives and it does arrive at different times. They were also questioning me about when i have recieved items and am i sure that they arrived when they did why would i lie about when i recieved items. If it is a post box they need sending in it is easy as i have one just down the road but the post office one is quiet a distance and impossible to park my car anywhere near it. I work nights and i use to post item on way home from work if it was a before 10 posting and then i kept getting are you sure you posted the item so early in a morning dont seem to be able to win.

I was asked to join this the other week and received my first test packs on Friday. It sounds like a lot of work for not much by the sounds of previous posts, but we'll see how I get on!

It isn't much work at all, though from previous discussions I think people vary very much in how accurately and thoroughly they do it. Some go out of their way, using extra petrol etc just to be sure they've carried out the instructions correctly, with the right postbox, time etc, others are more casual and post as they can. Personally I think if you're signing up for it, you should do it as accurately etc as possible, after all, that's the whole point and they can't test the service without reliable data from us. And it's not just about the stamps, part of the reward is knowing you're doing your bit towards improving the service.

If it doesn't work for you, or anyone else, then there are loads of people who are really keen to sign up for it, so give it a go, it can seem confusing at first, but there's help on here and Joanne at Kantar is brilliant. But if you don't want to do it, then let them know as soon as poss, then they can put someone on who's on the waiting list.

When they ask if you are sure about the date you posted, it's because the date sent and the date received don't match, they then just check with you that you didn't make a mistake entering the data, if you are sure after checking that you didn't make a mistake you just confirm your details.

After all this is to find out how efficient the service is, if we didn't get queries it would mean the Royal Mail System is perfect and there would be no need for the survey!!!!:rotfl:

Agree it does sound a bit complicated at the beginning but to be honest once you get used to it it's a doddle and others say only takes a little while.

Any question just ask here, i'm someone will help you out and hold your hand (so to speak)

Ive been doing the survey for prob about two years or so. Have never won any prize draws. Are they still doing them, they don't seem to have a list on the homepage like they used to?
