Zanderman - I know how you feel. It is an affront to be asked 'Are you sure?' but there must be some people who don't do everything as they should and therefore they need to check. Don't take it personally I suppose but its hard not to! :)

It is hard not to take things personally sometimes. I got one of those "are you sure you received on a certain date" emails so I ticked confirm as I was. A week later I got an email and a long questionnaire to fill in. It said something about the postman confirming that he had delivered the item on the date it was supposed to be delivered, not on the date I had said. I found this quite bizarre as I live in a block of flats and the postman just delivers a huge pile of mail tied up in elastic bands every day. I don't know how he would know what was in it or remember!

Reckon I would also feel miffed at that. Amazing how posties remember what they deliver! - probably because the're nosey, we used to have one that told us what we had before we had opened it!! Luckily don't have him anymore. ;)

I have had a letter with no R number waiting for 10 days to come up on the list. It is on the about to receive list. I wish they would bring back the yellow labels or just add the items quicker to the no R list.

Have been doing this for 2 years now and getting rather bored with it never won £10 draw getting emails about are you sure it arrived the day you said and also recieved the long questionare today. The times they give to post are sometimes impossible for me to do and end up posting same day but wrong times. From the questionaire i filled in today they expect people to sit at home all day to log the exact time down they recieve item for a few stamps a month think i need to pack it in and let someone else do it. I only do it because my son uses lots of stamps.

I never post at the right time (but always on the right day) and am very rarely in when the post arrives at home. I log the times I do do everything and so far no complaints from them so just do what you can Jane!

Well that is what to do, give it up and let someone else do it.
It shouldn't take you all day to do your postings, about 25 mins a week to complete your tasks.

I don't mean to sound harsh, but it isn't really all that time consuming.

    Try Hotel Chocolat and Baileys.

  • Hi I did the correctly delivered survey during weeks beginning 24th and 31st May but I haven't received the voucher payment yet. Does it always take this long?
