Sorry if this is a silly question but..... When you receive magazines from RMS do you have to return both the magazine and the cover sheet in the big envelope or can you just return the cover sheet and keep the magazine? I got a copy of More magazine the other day that I'd like to hang on to if possible.

I seem to remember someone saying something about this a while ago but I couldn't find the post after trawling back through several pages of posts.

Thanks in advance for any help!

It has been posted previously to send the cover sheet and the magazine cover also. :)

I asked Joanne this as I have received quite a few magazines that I either usually buy or I fancied reading.

As an1179 says you can send the cover or a copy of it which is what I do.

Hi Can anyone help me have an item to post on Monday which should have a smart included and although it is showing as smart to be inserted on my daily task there is no number at the side. Do I just pick one or should I get in touch with them thanks.

Luckycharlie - You just pick whichever smart you fancy out of the ones you have in stock.

As for the magazines I've been getting Private Eye lately which has been very good timing with the Election coverage - thanks Kantar!

If it says smart on your electronic plan, can you click and see if the ones you have got instock and use one of them.
Also I'd give them a ring on Mon with what u used, I always think better to triple check, sure someone else may have a better idea.xx

If one has not yet been allocated by the system but you are ready to put the pack together, just click onscreen on the item to be posted (same as you normally do) and it will offer you a choice (through drop-down menu) of which of your SMARTS to use. Click on the one you put in the envelope and job done! When you look at the week's display you will then see that your allocated SMART is shown on the list.
