Think of it more from a point of view that £100 is well spent compared to what you were facing.

Good luck in getting it back, but also breathe a sigh of relief you haven't be Royally Raped for years to come by these clowns
  • Yeah very true but wasnt doing finance with them....just that the car was less on an advert id seen and told them when I was looking at it. They dropped the price and I stupidly said OK before really thinking it through. When I got home I looked online for the car to check the price again and low and behold it had disappeared . I luckily had printed it off a week earliear and managed to fish it out. Just feel agrieved and want to cancel. Plus the finance route I want to take is put on hold till a months time so just want to cancel the lot. I want my £100 back.....fat chance I hear you say:think::naughty:

What would be the point in taking a reservation deposit if it was refundable on the purchaser's whim?

I would say that a £100 is a small price to pay to escape from this outfit.

It will cost you more than £100 to get it back. Cancel in writing and state the £100 paid is waived in full and final settlement of the matter.

You got the car at the price you had previously seen it advertised for, so what is the problem?

    So to recap

    Saw car on internet
    Viewed car at higher price
    Carcraft reduced the price
    Deposit paid
Removed from website (well car sold so yeah)

Not seeing a problem here myself

  • Problem being price they dropped it too was still higher than seen on Internet. Actually advertised in 4 places at 4 different prices. Anyway finally got it at the lowest price so all seems Ok for now......just a bit concerned that they can charge 4 different prices??????? Oh well gonna drop the matter now....
  • YOU HAD A LUCKY ESCAPE!

I always thank my lucky stars for my escape from carcraft, they are unscrupulous scum bags.

I hate Carcraft! And I feel sorry for the people that have to buy cars from there!
