I use Amazon all the time and agree that they are excellent. I once ordered an import cd from Australia around November time. They had problems getting it and it arrived after Christmas. Presuming it was for someone's Christmas present, they apologised for it arriving after the 25th Dec, and gave me a £5 credit!
It was just for me and I hadn't even mentioned Christmas present, but how nice of them anyway.

I too would like to say how good Amazon.co.uk are. I bought a combi dvd/video tv and found the video heads to be faulty so rang the freephone customer services. They told me to send it back at my own expense (cos I'd gone over the 28 days) and that they would reimburse the original cost plus the postage.
I got Parcelforce to collect it from my workplace and within a few days, I got an email re refund. I checked my bank account and it was all there.
Great service.

Does anyone know if it is possible to exclude Market Place-only products from search results? - it's very frustrating sorting results by price ascending and having to wade through 8 pages of Market Place stuff - all because they don't stock it - therefore their price £0.00!0
