Moving hot water cylinder from bedroom

  • One of the houses (1930's semi detached) we've viewed and liked had this in the (master) bedroom (1st floor)

"Rear aspect window, textured ceiling, radiator, picture rail, feature cast iron fireplace, double built in wardrobe and airing cupboard housing factory lagged hot water cylinder."

The kitchen in the ground floor has a concealed wall mounted gas fired boiler serving central and domestic hot water.

How easy/costly is it to move the cylinder in the bedroom elsewhere, preferable to the utility room downstairs near the kitchen?

    Thanks for any replies

go for an unvented (MAINS PRESURISED) cylinder you can fit this anywhere in your house and it will give you mains presure hot water.
power showers without a pump, a quick filling bath, and get rid of your
cold water storage cistern (tank) This and an ordinary boiler is the best
hot water system available in Britain Today. Combi boilers are ok but not
    in the same class as this, if you phone the C I P H E on 01708 472 791
they will give you a list of all qualified plumbers in your area and you can be certain you will not be ripped off
