Did you spend it all so you could claim benefits OP? You must have realised they wouldn't allow that.

If you truly feel your disaorders may have contributed then my advice is ask your psychologist if you can do some work on your over spending. I'd have thought it would be sensible to have done this when you first realised it was a bit out of control but still...

As bestpud says, deprivation is where you blow your savings with the intention of claiming or increasing your benefit. The Decision Maker has to prove that, on the balance of probability.
If the OP simply blew the lot & had no thought as to the consequences (a gambling addiction, for example) then he/she might have good grounds for an appeal. Sounds odd, I know, but that's how it is.Hi
