The realife/endurance that you get retail in your DIY sheds, retail at approx £30, buy the Diamond matt (trade) at dec centres works out at approx £50  I use both quite a lot in my jobs, and there is not a lot in it, I know what I would go for.:D

Have you tried Crown Trade's Clean Extreme? It's a completely scrubbable matt that - apparently - is better than the diamond matt in durability. 400% more and something to do with microns and class 1.... jargon really, but it works and in the Crown dec centres works out for £20/5Lt white, £28/5Lt colours...

    Hiya

Remeber we're all paying VAT:mad:, regardless of where we buy.

In terms of paint quality there is no comparison in using a trade paint vs a 'retail' paint. Also thats why it comes in slightly more expensive.

    I recently bought 7.5Lts (5 & a 2.5) of clean extreme. Came in at £45 (inc VAT).
