Send a complaint to MS, if you tried going through the help section on the live/hotmail site you'd find out what you need to do.

Tried this already thanks and not had a reply. On thier blog site there was another person with the same problem and they said they sent thier e-mail 6 weeks ago and have not had a reply so I thought I would try the very cleaver and helpful chaps and chapesses here. I can get my address book from outlook but that is going to be such a lot of work to send all my contacts a new address so I had hoped for a quick fix.Couldn't think of anything witty to say so just keeping the space until I can
