Sorry about the bunny Holly. Glad your LO's didn't see it, bad enough for you, nevermind them.

Got far too hot walking to and from school so I'm going for a quick cool shower then I'll start on tea and attempt to get the lounge looking presentable.

Have to get off the laptop anyway as DD1 wants to email her friend (the same one she said goodbye to about 10 minutes ago!)

    Back later.

First freecycler on their way! It's someone who has had stuff from me before, and not the person who said they'd have everything... they can have what's left and the stuff I haven't got round to listing yet!

Car boot is full of cans of paint etc to go to the tip. I'll drop it off after the freecycler has been and nip to the supermarket for loo paper and a few other bits. The garden waste will take two loads, and there's a whole lot of wood & MDF to go too!

Greenbee - does your tip take paint? Ours doesn't and I am having to sneak it in the bin well wrapped at a rate of one tin a fortnight.

Yes it does - your local authority should provide facilities for the environmentally safe disposal of paint as it is classified as hazardous waste. I can't remember exactly where you are but this might help you find the most appropriate place to dispose of it.

Hope everyone is enjoying the lovely weather (we're finally getting it in the east:D).

Summer holidays have officially started:eek: Took LO out for lunch as a treat, have been low carbing for a couple of weeks now and had carb overload at lunch and then crashed out while LO played:o

Holly - what a horrible thing to happen! Glad the kids didnt see it, poor little bunny.

Mudbath - hope DS is ok, fingers crossed it is not arthritis. Was it DS that had to have the eye ops (or have i got you confused with someone else:o)

Not done much flying today other than washing and ironing. Will do some more later.

    Weird Wednesday ~ Crabby kitchen!
    Level One
Empty and wash out the bin.. make it smell sweet! - waiting til it's full

Thwarting Thursday ~ Boudoir and landing..
    Level Three
    Vacuum the floor!
Wash any other soft furnshings that need it.. Air the duvet!!

Went to the gym and collected a parcel today as well as stuff on the list, floordrobe wasn't too bad for once.
Bedding was changed a couple of days ago so doesn't need doing, still waiting for the bin to be full so I can clean it out, after a cup of coffee I'll get up off my bottom and vacuum the bedroom and check what needs washing.

Wish it would thunder here. The humidity is going up and up and up. It's horrid.

I can't cope with all these new buttons. I've just 'liked' this thread instead of replying. Then I almost reported it as spam because the remaining two buttons swapped themselves about!

    :hello::hello::hello:Hello, hello,hello:hello::hello::hello: Guess who's back!! :j:j:j

Oh, I feel all normal again now that I have the internet back on !!!!:j:j:j

To keep on topic I did some decluttering this morning. Sorted out and put away, or chucked my winter clothes. Also engaged in battle with a 'hairy hunter' (spider - and very large at that:eek:) along the way. Have to admit that the hairy hunter is winning at the moment as he's taken up residence behind the wardrobe.

Other than that, not much else done really. Just been chilling out, reading. I'm up to Q is for Quarry now;) and enjoying the peace and quiet whilst the kids were at school.

I'm thoroughly enjoying my new found freedom of doing what I want, when I want and how I want!!!!:D:D:D:D

Off for a surf now. Catch up with you all later!!
