Magnificent Monday ~ Living room, hall and stairs! ALL DONE


Twinkly Tuesday ~ Bathroom, Loo & Study

Level One - done :j
Level Two
[STRIKE]Scrub the tub & tiles, basin and bowls!
[/STRIKE][STRIKE]Polish monitors, and all other glass things[/STRIKE]
Degrot the keyboard mouse etc. remember the bacteria in greater quantities than on the loo... BLEURGH!!
Defrag comp. while doing some scrubbing.. run a virun/spyware scan too if it hasn't been done in a while
Level Three
[STRIKE]Dust and deweb[/STRIKE][STRIKE]
Remove rubbish and empty bins and make a note of what you DO NOT need to buy.. we are using what we have!!
[/STRIKE]Wash bath mat


Extras

1. Wipe any shelves and reorder them.. do not put back what doesn't live there!
2. Wash out the bins.. inside and out!
3. Drag out the desk and declutter/vacuum under and behind it.. dust the pc case before putting it back!

Weird Wednesday ~ kitchen!
Level One - done :j
Level Two
Wipe all appliances.. large and small
Wipe over units and kickboards
[STRIKE]Sweep and mop the floor[/STRIKE]
Level Three
[STRIKE]Sort and wipe a cupboard.. throw away all those germ harbouring chipped plates and mugs!
[/STRIKE]Scrub out the fridge.. incorporate those 'slightly wilting' things into your meal plan!
[STRIKE]Wipe the table.. does it need a clean cloth?

1. Wipe over the oven and hob

Fabulous Friday ~ Spare Room or just a neglected extra room!
Level One
Clear the floor
[STRIKE]Strip the bed and wash the bedding.. remake bed
[/STRIKE]Level Two
[STRIKE]Wash any other fabric things that need it.. beanbags, cushions, curtains etc
[/STRIKE]Fill a carrier with stuff that is no longer needed and dispose of it quick before it all is dragged out again
wipe the paintwork, bed frame, radiator and skirting etc
Level Three
sort through a cupboard of clothing.. We have the swap thread on the facebook pages if you wish to rid yourself
[STRIKE]Wipe/defrag any computers in these rooms!
[/STRIKE]Vacuum floors
Extras

1. Sort through a wardrobe/chest of drawers
2. Sort through your make-up.. fling all those snaggly bits that you've had forever that are WAAAY past their best!
3. Sort games into correct boxes and unsnaggle console cables!
4. Sort through a box of toys, get rid of the broken, unused and outgrown ones!
5. Straighten the book shelves
6. Wash the windows if needed

I've done nothing today as its too bloomin hot

I've got from 9am till 11.30am tomorrow morning to do as much as is poss so I'll hopefully catch up then

Hopefully can get some sleep aswell tonight - DS and DD are not sleeping either cos the heat so we're all happy here!!!

Hi all,

Sorry been missing for a couple of days have been tackling a very big hotspot - our conservatory - it was the one thing in the house which i disliked when we bought (we are upside down so it comes off a bedroom which we use as a study) and as such has beccome my dumping ground. But seeing as we are getting some decent weather we need to go through it to get outside and i have been embarrassed (to say the least) at the state it had got into - BUT its now sparkling and is presentable from when people come round.

havent read any further back than sexymouse news so hope all are well and surviving this hear, we had about half a dozen rumbles of thunder and hour ago but nothing else, think I have drank more water today than I normally do in a week!!

will be back later to sort out a list for tomorrow.

ring/email about pension
Take ebay photos and upload 5x 3x week (5 listed mon/tues)
council tax
online gas/elec meter readings to submit
salad/carrot/pea/radish/spring onion/cabbage/swede late planting (sunday)
Plant up squashes
Make cabbage collars
Clear out the cellar
Take rubbish to the tip

Big job tomorrow to tackle this room of DOOM.......:eek: :eek:
