Holly on Cardiff Gumtree, Im sure there were people looking for new homes for Rabbits - If you dont mind going to collect, Im sure you can get them another one for nothing.

Sorry I know its not the same, but if you would like to get another one, it may be worth looking at.

Im in cardiff everyday, so wouldnt mind collecting for you and meeting somewhere near the coldra? xx

Thwarting Thursday ~ Boudoir and landing..
    DONE!!!! :j:j:j:j

    The Great Declutter
    60 in 60 .. ;)

    5 minutes filing
    Binbag dance
    Fill a bag for charity!

    My list
Wash windows outside and front door (sunday)
    ring/email about pension
Take ebay photos and upload 5x 3x week (5 listed mon/tues)
    council tax
online gas/elec meter readings to submit
    salad/carrot/pea/radish/spring onion/cabbage/swede late planting (sunday)
    Plant up squashes
    Make cabbage collars

Completed this morning bedroom list, finished garden bench renovation and is fully stained to save buying a new one, looks nice and worn (a bit how I feel at present). Also washed bedding, aired duvet, put new bedding on and washed towels. Another load on in a bit of my clothes as looks like might rain tomorrow and will get it all done and dried today if possible. Vac filter washed and drying in the sun.

Went to Mr A to buy the small patio set I have had my eye on for a few weeks and will put up this afternoon. Mr A is doing bottles of ribeana for £1 each over half price reduced if anyone is interested. I love the stuff and splashed out on 4 to stock up for a while. I know it isn't very MS or OS but sometimes you've gotta to have what you like!

Called in a B*Q and got some bargain squash and aubergine plants for 20p each instead of £1.48 each, obviously had to buy 8 in total! Spending £1.60 instead of £11.84. Feels like someone is looking down on me today!

Off sick all week from work to try and sort head out and the only thing that is working is keeping myself really busy so this afternoon will watch and listen to a bit of Wimbledon and do some garden jobs, yesterday barely stopped and this worked a treat and I am trying to be the same today.

    Hi everyone, enjoying the sun?

No flying done here yet. Got up this morning and realised I had forgot to charge the gas card again so no hot water. This pre-paid stuff is new to me and for the life of me I cannot seem to remember until it is too late. So had to walk 2 miles to our nearest paypoint to charge it, and gosh it is hot out there.

I came straight in and went upstairs to change out of my trousers and caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror, I was a lovely shade of red, not sunburn though thankfully. Soooo worn out now, that wiped me out and now have fallen off my diet wagon because I thought I would treat myself to some crisps and a caramel bar which I haven't had for weeks and whilst I was being bad got some coke too :o

So bad all round here, need a good kick. Going to try to reach a normal human temperature and hopefully that caramel will give me a quick sugar rush to get some stuff done.

Just caught up with the thread this morning.

xx Jo xx - glad you like the pressie and I hope the lippy colours are ok for you too!

holly - poor you, I would be devastated by this if it happened to me (((hugs)))

carlsbergal- thanks for telling me your experience of this too and it seems fairly common about how the bereavement counselling affects people big style. Calming vibes sent over the paint 'party', I would have gone mad too if it happened to me. It's boiling over here today as I am in W.Yorks too!

Big thanks sent to everyone who posted their kinds words and hugs - it means an awful lot!

Hugs Holly. You'll have to tell the LOs that bunnies don't usually come back when they go off to play with the wild ones. I'm sure you'll be able to get another, but it sounds like you need to get a more secure latch for the door. Or maybe have an indoor bunny... or one that will grow big enough to see off a cat!

The garage is now emptied, but I'm shattered... and there is loads of stuff in the drive and garden to be dealt with

Sorry to hear about your rabbit Holly, what a horrible thing to witness.

Just thought I would post as I have hardly done any flying all week - and I can't believe it's Thursday already!

I am going to give up for the week I think. The only thing I will do is a bit of decluttering with some furniture to go on eBay, so I will make sure that's done by my return next week!

    Happy flying everyone!

I am having to fly and rest it's so hot. I am just about to mop the floors but, out of interest looked at the thermometer on my barometer (set Fair - hasn't made it round to very dry) and it's 28 deg c. indoors. All my blinds and curtains at the front (sun first thing) have not been drawn yet in an attmept to keep it cool. So I took is outdoors - 32 deg C  (in the sun)
So hot that I have put my hair up which I never usually do as it's not a good look for me!
Ah well a mopping I will go.
    Sorry about the poor bunny...
