Morning all,

I'm just posting quickly before OH comes to pick me up for the funeral.

We've had a sad morning already. I went to check on the bunny this morning and her cage was open and she wasn't there. :eek: I looked around the garden for her and called Ds1 to help me. We searched everywhere but couldn't find her. Ds2 came out to see what we were doing and so i had to tell him she had gone. We were all looking and knocking on doors to see if anyone had seen her. Oh came over to help as well. We found her under the conifers being eaten by a cat:mad::mad:. I took both Ds's in thankfully they hadn't seen anything Ds1 heard but Ds2 didn't so i've told him she's run away with another rabbit so they can play in the fields. Poor thing thinks she's coming back after nursery. I'm gutted and have been crying all morning:o.

Hello everyone!

Had a lovely walk in the park with stripes this morning. She made friends with another dog and despite the heat they ran and ran and ran and ran and ran! She's shattered now and didn't even make it to her bed before she collapsed in a heap - I know the feeling!

I've also been shopping to get the last bits for DD's residential school trip. Done my list and now i've got an hour before I start work. Time to flake I think!!

Hollyh - eaten by a cat?????????? Poor thing. How did the cat get in cage?? Hugs to you and yours xx I'd be gutted if owt happened to my bunny, even though we got Shim by default as neighbour found him wondering months ago and nobody has reclaimed him xx

The cat must have opened the latch there were scratch marks on it. Poor little thing she was only a baby we'd only had her 2 weeks.

holly big hugs, what an awful thing to happen.........I know my cats catch bunnys.....but we live near a farm.......so there are plenty of wild ones. That was very quick thinking to say she's run away to play.........xx

phew, that was hot work! have made a good dent into my list...

Magnificent Monday ~ Living room, hall and stairs!
Level One
Declutter the floors .. LR, Hall and stairs!
Declutter the flat surfaces.. even if you scoop it all into a box to deal with later!
Level Two
Vacuum the floors, stairs and sofas etc
Wipe any marks off the walls and paintwork
Dust and deweb! inc light fittings!
Level Three
Sort through coats and shoes and bags.. fling any that are dead!
Vacuum under the furniture you can safely move
Declutter the hallway/porch and wipe over all the paintwork! Inc doors!

Extras

1. Water and wipe any dusty dry plants!
2. Sort out the rubbish from your purse/most used bag

Twinkly Tuesday ~ Bathroom, Loo & Cruddy Study
Level One
Declutter and mop the floors!!
Gather up laundry
Level Two
Scrub the tub & tiles, basin and bowls!
Polish monitors, and all other glass things
Degrot the keyboard mouse etc. remember the bacteria in greater quantities than on the loo... BLEURGH!!
Defrag comp. while doing some scrubbing.. run a virun/spyware scan too if it hasn't been done in a while
Level Three
Dust and deweb
Remove rubbish and empty bins and make a note of what you DO NOT need to buy.. we are using what we have!!
Wash any bath mats, shower curtain, cushions blinds etc that are in need!
Weird Wednesday ~ Crabby kitchen!
Level One
Clear and wipe worksurfaces
Empty and wash out the bin.. make it smell sweet!
Level Two
Wipe all appliances.. large and small
Wipe over units and kickboards
Sweep and mop the floor
Level Three
Sort and wipe a cupboard.. throw away all those germ harbouring chipped plates and mugs!
Scrub out the fridge.. incorporate those 'slightly wilting' things into your meal plan!
Wipe the table.. does it need a clean cloth?

1. Wipe over the oven and hob

Thwarting Thursday ~ Boudoir and landing..
Level One
Strip the bedding and get it washed
Vacuum turn (if needed) and redress the bed!
Level Two
Clear the floordrobe
Clear the floor on the landing
Sort through a pile of landing detritus
Level Three
Vacuum the floor!
Wipe down the paintwork
Wash any other soft furnshings that need it.. Air the duvet!!
