Sorry I know this is totally not flying related, but that stupid ex BF has text and asked what Im doing on Saturday. I text back and asked why? He said he wondered if I was free!!! No - Im not free - I will never be free again. Its his birthday on Thursday - he didnt ask me if I was free then, did he! Nooooooo, he made plans for himself - with those he cares about. He just doesnt want me to spend time with other people.

Do they think Ive nothing better to do than look for fancy dress outfits and spend my money on junk I wont wear again!!!!!!!!!!!

Oops! Just realised I was looking at last years thread! I was scrolling down and wondering, "It's not Wednesday already is it?" and then scrolled down further "Oh - Pigpen has put the whole list for the week!" Don't worry - I still suffer from preagnancy head, and DS2 is 13months! Well that's my excuse anyway :rotfl:
Oooh I might use this excuse but say that I was doing next years thread.....as it's not yet written i've finished already (do you think i'll get away with it??):rotfl:AAAAaaaannnnnnnd! Sorry x
And a very nice bubblebee you'll make too;).
Well, i've not done much flying yet. DS had a check up at hospital this morning...they now think he had juvenile arthritis. Poor thing. They're not going to do anymore blood tests until his next flare up. The problem is he never complains so it's hard to know when he's in pain.
I've worked, put on a wash and finally submitted the first draft of my disseration. I've had an initial email back from the tutor saying 'it's looking good' and he'll send more comments later - fingers crossed it won't need too much more added.
Hug to everyone x0 -

I've been to the chemist on the other side of Guildford as that's the nearest one that had the hayfever gadget DH wanted. Really hope it helps and he stops being a forgetful uncommunicative grumpy miserable person. Oh, hang on, he was like that before he had hayfever.

There's remote and there's remote and then there's Dalwhinne. Fascinating place though.

DH refuses to come to bed when I do, plays a game online for hours, and no matter how late I stay up he stays up later. So eventually I give up and go to bed, fall asleep only to be woken by him crashing about getting ready for bed. And then I lie there for hours seething, while he is fast asleep oblivious. I feel I may end up killing him soon, I’m so sleep deprived. Hurray for afternoon naps
Sorry for ranting, it's been building up!
I came on for a mutter myself.
Just had an email from my OU tutor. Current TMA will be late coming back as he is ill again.
I'm really sorry he is ill, that's why it's a mutter not a rant, but the first TMA took nearly four weeks to come back, the second one over four weeks, then we were finally told he had been ill and this one will be back ??. Plus he is apparently going to be away and therefore not contactable. Like I said I don't want to sound unsympathetic, he obviously has serious health problems. But !!!
OK mutter over - will go and do something0 -

Awww thanks Crafty. I know how you feel with your tutor. I had an OU tutor who was the same...it can be frustrating not to know how you've done before you submit the next tma. Hope you get your result soon (and your tutor gets better!!). My tutor is a doctor at a big cancer hospital so I didn't expect a reply for a while especially when I emailed yesterday and got an automated reply saying he was out of the office until mid july! Apparently he logged on from his holiday....wouldn't want to be his wife!!!!
Mmmm suppose I could start working on my next assignment.....:cool:0 -

Pigpen
I've had a few things cancelled so awaiting next meeting....how you then?
Mudbath, sorry to hear about your son, hopefully they can medicate for the pain appropriately. I had childhood rheumatism and it was hell on earth....you and he have my sympathy. xxx

Now that we have Jo's costume sorted can someone tell me what to wear for independence day? I have to dress up for work ( i work in a restaurant) on saturday:rolleyes: They have decided we are dressing up every second saturday! Afternoon ladies
BF didn't leave till nearly 11.30 last night, could hardly keep my eyes open! Lovely to see her as always, but she never knows when to go home. Sat bleary eyed at work.
This morning before work I:
S/S kitchen
bleached dishcloth
flung bleach down both loos
re-arranged bday flowers as some had wilted
stripped bed
dw
hung out bedding
showered and went to work
Within 15 mins of me being at work the heavens opened! Was blo5dy livid!! But only lasted about half an hour and now you wouldn't even know it had rained it's that hot and muggy. So bedding just went through another rinse cycle!!
Mudbath - hugs for you and yours arthritis is not nice
LL - glad you had an ace time, take it easy this week
Jo - good job you told him where to go or we'd of come down on you like a tonne of bricks!!
Am that tired, I can't remember anything else - so sorry ladies that I've missed posting about you, hugs to all that need/want them xxTo love and be loved is the greatest happiness of existance - Sydney Smith0
