Interesting. I called them this morning and was told that my order was not on the system. The man at customer services kept saying he had no record of it. I kept telling him, if there is no record, why do you have it on my online account, to which he replied, the order does not exist!!! How much of an idiot could this bloke be. He finally gave me another number to call, which incidentally was wrong! Put the phone down and tried again.

This time had a lovely lady who confirmed my order did exist and that they are waiting on the 3rd game.

Hmm.... seems that Tesco's has an inconsistent policy as to which orders exist between Customer Service reps. ???
