    I dunno where u are getting it from, but i cant find anything about products not arriving, and never heard any complaints about sound, Ur maybe thinking of the cheap tat from ebay?

    These are crap! There are far better and cheaper one's on other sites! :-/

    sorry but there are far better mp3 players on amazon or other 'reliable' and 'trust-worthy' websites!
