I asked at my local T'x about M&S vouchers and they said they would take them. When I handed one over on Monday the SA told me they were not taking them. So off I went to customer services instore who told me that if they scan they take them if not then they don't. Then I phoned customer services Dundee who rang my store and were told they were taking them whether they scan or not. So I went back to be told yet again they were not taking them, but they would check and ring me back, which they didn't bother doing.

Anybody else having trouble with M&S coupons? If I send my receipt and coupon to Dundee do you think they will reimburse me?

My store change their mind on a daily basis on the coupon policy but more often than not it is dependant on which sa you go to.

I feel a letter of complaint definitely on it's way to store manager!!

Not sure if this is the right place to post this but just got a copy of the co-op magazine in the post and on the centre page there is a 30p coupon for bulmers. Starts 99 and doesn't appear to be store specific. I don't know if this mag is available in store as ours is only a tiny one but thought it was worth a mention.

Hiya I got this magazine to you get it when you are a co-op member which is worth is as you get points via your card and then payouts every 6 months. However the 30p coupon is specific to co-op stores only check the small print. Cheers for finding though Nic xx

    Re: cashpoint coupons

They give money to charity (Muscular Dystrophy Campaign) every time you use the machine aswell (only 0.0125p per use - but every little helps).

More details of cash point coupons available, and the charity campaign, can be found here:-

    http://www.tescofinance.com/personal/finance/help/free-money-off-coupons.html

Used the machine 3 times today - but no coupons . Still - i did raise 0.0375p for charity :D

I had £19 of coupons left so went to the only supermarket i know that follows policy

I picked a nervous looking teen, and thought he'll do. I didn't realise why he was so nervous - it was his first day, and he was being trained :rotfl:. To make thing worse, the woman who trouted me Sunday was training him. I thought i was doomed.

But after showing him how to use my clubcard plus, she asked me if i had brought any coupons. I handed over my wad, which he started scanning. She then turned to the next till while he did them, and did not even ask him to check them .

She turned back round to help him finish my sale with the clubcard plus, and i walked away still shocked by her changed attitude. I think she may have met her match with another coupon user. ;)

For the first time in a year, i have no coupons lying around. Six weeks of increased use, due to getting all the Morrisons coupons, as seen me go through over £500 in coupons. If it does end, which i hope it doesnt, i will 'finish' on a high. Glad ive caught up, and will try use as many of the finish ones before they end in 2 weeks. I can't believe that despite the offer ending twice - they are still half price for the boxes of 30.
