Spooling allows the pc to complete other tasks which may be running. It sends the print job to a temporary file on your pc until the whole job is downloaded then sends the completed file to your printer. On big print runs it will send jobs to your printer whilst continuing to buffer (temporarily storing) the data. HTH

hi all hope everyone is doing ok , ive just got myself a fantastic deal from virgin media .
we have 3 services from virgin ( have been connected with them for nearly 10 years = telewest/ntl/virgin )
anyway spotted the offer on the virgin wesite for the free netbook :j CLICKY LINKY
decided to try and get the netbook for our 9yr old son , after a 15 min phonecall with the sales team i managed to get the netbook for a one of payment of £50 :T:T no contracts to sign/change, no price changes for the services we allready have , just paid £50 over the phone and netbook is being delivered between 9 & 6 tomoz
