Looking for internet for low usage

Sister wants to connect up to internet. She is looking for the cheapest option. It will be used for emails and surfing. She will mainly use it in the evenings and it will be low usage, around 2-3 hours a day.

She has BT line rental but uses talk talk for calls. She had sky and ntl in the past, both services are disconnected. She had broadband with virgin in the past so therefore the cable is already in place. She has no contract with mobile phone, only as a PAYG.

Would like a wireless router to be included.

She will not mind taking on broadband as part of a package if it is a very good offer.

Looking at this website i probably recommend her to go back to virgin because she had no problems with them in the past.

What do you recommend?
