same here for me i'm afraid. i ordered one successfully for myself a couple of weeks ago and then tried today to order another for my sis in law and got same message. wonder if its been pulled due to over subscription or whether its just a temp technical glitch. i'm sure the offer was due to run till 31st august.

will try again later and check back here tomorrow.

Hmmm, just thought - my own railcard was a renewal of previous card which had not expired. the next one was a new purchase - could it be that the offer is linked to renewals & or to the trial railcard deal which ended on 31st july?

I've never had a railcard before and didn't have the trial card either but have managed to get this one?
  • I got the error message today too, then I realised I was applying with a new email address. Once I started again and used the email address I originally used for the free railcard the 50% discount went through fine and I was charged £13 :)

Don't use the Renew your railcard link, as it won';t give you anywhere to put the promotional code and you will find you have pad in full........................

I have just tried to get the 50% off Family and Friends Railcard offer using the given promotional code but it refuses me as I didn't do the two months free offer. Any ideas? Are there any other codes I can try?
      Cheers
