Weekend Sat/Sun 27th/28th June - What small DFW things have you done today?

When we start out on the DFW trail we do loads of "big stuff" that makes quite a difference to our situation. These include having our lightbulb moment, cutting up the credit cards and cancelling Sky and the gym.
But once we have done the bigger stuff, we often feel that we are not making the same amount of progress, when in fact the small steps are helping us form good financial habits and helping us get closer everyday to staying in control and becoming debt free, or staying debt free
Examples could be charging your phone up at work instead of at home to save your electricity, hanging washing out instead of using the tumble dryer or leaving your purse/wallet at home to avoid the risk of spending.
So be proud of those small steps, they really are important:D
Oooh I thought the forums wouldn't be here til later on, so what a nice surprise to find them up and raring to go:rotfl:
Quiet weekend for me - girls off to stay at ex mil's with their dad. I'll take them to gym club, have a coffee at my friend's while they're there, then he picks them up at 1ish. I'm going to pop to the shops for a bit, then enjoy the peace!
Hope everyone has a lovely weekend planned:D
List for today:

I'm going to make a lovely big bowl of fruit salad out of all the stuff I bought last week with great intentions, but never got round to actually doing anything with (pineapple; strawberries; melon; grapes) then I'm going to get myself a dishful of it, and sit in the sun and have it for breakfast.
Money-practical (rather than money-saving - the fruit was expensive and I should have used it last week!!) AND a lovely start to the day.Reason for edit? Can spell, can't type!0 -

Morning folks - don't normally post on this thread
- I've checked my online banking
- Shredded some bonus points vouchers from M&S which were trying to entice me onto their website :rotfl:
- And potted on some side shoots, I'd taken off my tomato plant, which have rooted, so I now have 6 plants instead of 1 :T (although this it a bit greenfingered, it's also money saving)
- Already washed the bedding today, now off to check on the next load to be extracted from the linen basket
Don't Take Life too Seriously - Nobody gets out alive :rotfl:0
