)and there is NO WAY I can diet. I can't stick to them and they make me miserable. I read really quick so hopefully if kids aren't up too late this evening I can really get stuck into the book.
Comfort eating and eating due to being tired are all my issues so if I can work on those I should be well on my way.
Got a school reunion in September so want to have lost some weight by then.I have a gift for enraging people, but if I ever bore you it'll be with a knifeLouise Brooks

For anyone with a Wii fit - doing the step aerobics holding the baby provides additional weight training...and has the added benefit of sending Benjamin to sleep.
Note - hula-hooping is not so easy with baby!!
I will get back on the Wii on Monday - for now I am making roast beef and roast potatoes (in this heat I must be mad!!) YUMMY!!please listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -

I'm lurking..
Embarrassed to admit I don't have anything to lose - stress appears to be a good diet aid! - but I do need to stop eating so much junk in general so I'm loitering for healthy food ideas and to wish you all luck!

Hiya All,
Can I join too.. I had my second son in December (boxing day to be exact!).
I've got 1 stone to lose and I'm really struggling. I'm currently 8st 8lb, want to get down to 7st 8lb... which is still heavier than my pre pregnancy weight but I'd be happy at that weight. I've been living in two pairs of jeans for the last 6 months cos I refuse to buy bigger clothes!! Hate my chunky thighs, bingo wings and role of fat across my stomach...:(
I joined a local gym and went 3/4 times a week but fell off the wagon about 2 weeks ago.... gonna start going again on Monday....
I hope this thread will encourage me to get to my target faster..... Good Luck to Everyone xxFriend Debt: 5,000/3,850
