My faves at the moment are
Eye pencils - Urban Decay
Mascara - Dior
Foundation - Prescriptives
Blush - Smashbox
Lipgloss - Benefit & Prescriptives
Concealer - Prescriptives0 -
I bought a Smashbox kit from QVC about 5 years ago. I wanted to try the eyeliner (its so easy to do). However, I hated the eyeliner (made me look harsh!!), but loved everything else. I now only wear Smashbox, Primers, blusher, eyeshadows, lip liners, lipstick & lipgloss. I just ordered the mascara yesterday.
Also my family know what to buy for me. Sometimes you just have to keep it simple.;)0 -
For me it's...
Always L'Oreal for foundation
Always No7 for loose and pressed powders, concealers, and bronzer
Bourjois for blusher
Then Benefit, 17, Barry M, and Collection 2000 for everything else. Have not used Max Factor, Maybelline, Boots Natural Collection, or Revlon for years - not a fan but appreciate that others areDFW no.554 - Proud to be dealing with my debts :TDAVID TENNANT CAN PROBE ME WITH HIS SONIC SCREWDRIVER ANYTIME...:AFLYING THE FLAG FOR THE CAMBRIDGE BOOTS TARTS :happyhear0 -
I use mac mostly. I love their studio fix and select foundations as well as their MSF's.
In love with their blusher and bronzers, as well as their shadows.
Also use Urban Decay, Benefit, Dior and Stila
As for eyeliner and mascara i generally stick to cheaper brands like Maybelline, Rimmel, Max Factor and L'oreal.
cover girl lash blast is a must have for me!!0 -
My fave is bourjouis
I love their blushers, eyeshadows, nail varnishes, don't really rate their mascaras though.
In my make up bag just now is
Foundation Maybelline -Matte Mousse
Eyeliner - Rimmel Black
Mascara - Loreal Volumious
Blusher - Bourjouis
Lip gloss - Bourjouis
I don't really wear eyeshadow during the day unless I am going somewhere special, but I have quite a collectionLittle Miss Sparkles :A
Team Reem - August '11 :cool:0 -
Clinique - foundation
Victoria Jackson - lip glosses
Bodyshop - Mascara (tried expensive and didn't like)
Ultraglow - bronzer
Though saying that - if I haven't got much money I will happily go for cheaper products to suit my purse. Foundation is the one thing that I cannot do cheaply. I would rather do without.0 -
Benefit. My WHOLE face is benefit!
But not my nails. Cause they dont do nail varnish!
But if they did, Id buy that too.You lied to me Edward. There IS a Swansea. And other places.....
*I have done reading too*
*I have done geography as well*0 -
Benefit is great at blushers and tints and highlighters. I also like their undereye concealer and lemon aid for eyes. Somethings can be a bit....mask like.
Clinique lipsticks never fail me but the skin care is dreadful for my skin.
stila/nars/mac for eyeshadows. Only problem: too much to choose from
The cheapest liquid eyeliners are for some reason, always the best with great shaped applicators.
Estee lauder's skin care always suits my skin: although I'm lured by cheaper things (like the boots serum, they never feel as good on me)
If only I could find the ideal foundation and mascara and I'd be happy.0 -
MAC, MAC and a little bit more MAC liberally applied with a trowel! I'm quite partial to Bobbi Brown eyeliner and YSL mascara.
I think Barry M nail polish is the best in the world. There are many things in life that will catch your eye, only a few will catch your heart. Pursue those.0
