"BSkyB should be forced to make its premium sports and film channels available to rival broadcasters, watchdog Ofcom has proposed. Ofcom said such a move may be a "most appropriate way of ensuring fair and effective competition"

Well lets hope this creates a better deal for the consumer. It certainly did not make it better when they made them share the football rights. All that happened is we got charged more by two lots of companies.
Surely if Sky have to sell their channels wholesale to other providers then they will make more money.0 -
