Help re parking ticket and bailiffs

  • they have also said they will cancel it if i can produce the ticket - but i cant produce it as i sent it them and they say they never got it!!

What really (p)isses me off is the way these organisations surround themselves with a shield of incompetance. Did you send your original letter including the ticket by recorded delivery?

What I would do is contact the court with copies of any correspondance that you have to explain that you thought this was all resolved.

Write to the council, a copy of the letter to the bailiff and keep copies and keep writing. If they will not let you appeal and want the money paid it sounds to me like you can offer then £5 a month maximum. I would expect them to write one letter back and then accept it. If you keep the bailiff informed and he knows the nature of the dispute, you shouldn't have any problems there. Do not invite him in, though.

What an incredible load of tripe from 'pocket' and 'pee' !!! Risking considerable extra cost from bailiff fees increasing for the OP.
How can you do that. Don't know, don't say!

Only pogo fish and cris seem to know what they are talking about. I suggest you follow the tip from pogo and also seek help from pepipoo.

It is clearly 'decrim' btw and OOT Stat Dec, as OP has mentioned, is the only action at this point. ---- and urgently!
