    Ok, let me think about it tonight and let you know tomorrow SAmster! I wouldn't mind a medal, but I like my tops more-I wore my Leeds one today in hopes someoen will notice that

    I'd say you could have one of mine - but that isnt the point either is it!!

    The only one I am proud of is St Albans - all the rest were underperformances on the way to something better (hopefully!)...

    And a trisha DVD - why?!?

    Toto has the back eased out at all??

    Scorge, you can get the 405 with or without the HR Monitor..I got it with it as I find it usefull to see HR. Obviously cheaper without it

    Yep like all the parkruns - free weekly timed 5k :D:D

    I'm doing the wimbledon one tomorrow, me and OH will probs do Heaton park again in 4 weeks (17th ish July :p)

    I was in sports direct earlier and they are doing the one with the heart monitor for £259.99, but Halfords are doing it for £229.99 and they are giving away a £20 Halfords voucher with it
