I'd say you could have one of mine - but that isnt the point either is it!!
The only one I am proud of is St Albans - all the rest were underperformances on the way to something better (hopefully!)...

Scorge, you can get the 405 with or without the HR Monitor..I got it with it as I find it usefull to see HR. Obviously cheaper without itI'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

Spud if you're going to train for 5k set a date before your race to do Heaton Park and then you can practice for free (doesnt matter if you dont finish I've had to give up loads of times recently...)

How long you gonna train for Spud....10k or 5k?? or are you gonna do the RFL with Bunny
I dont know hun, have only so far thought about 10k, but I suppose I could think about a 5k.
I still cant believe I would even think about doing another, considering last weekend was the first time I'd ever really run outdoors in public

I was in sports direct earlier and they are doing the one with the heart monitor for £259.99, but Halfords are doing it for £229.99 and they are giving away a £20 Halfords voucher with itToo much month, not enough Cash!
