Caravan or Tent?

  • In my experience, caravaners hibernate around the telly at about 6o'clock. They might as well be at home. I'd go for a tent, the kids will be out in the fresh air and you can socialise with other tent owners with a bottle of wine or some stubbies.

My original question was because I DO want to stay at home in this country for my proposed 'quick-getaways'. I appreciate the weather isnt always what we would like in this country but I am anticipating, that, with careful attention to weather forecasts I might get some nice little breaks in for my 5 year old. Thanks once again for all your posts. :T
